Humans of GONSA is simply a place for members of the “Orange family” to understand each other better, listen to each other's feelings, and share things as it is. And the first episode in the series has "knocked” on the heart of GONSA- Customer Service Center a place that gathers beautiful staff and a boss who is always willing to listen to their feelings, concerns, and sharings about work and life at GONSA.

"I have heard that the Customer Service Center is the heart of GONSA, which is true because I am an intermediary between the customer and my company and  I act as a bridge. Regarding my mission, I always perform well to complete assigned work" – Shared Khanh Ly, currently working at GONSA Customer Service Center.
“I put my heart and soul into customer service” - shared by Ms. Hue who is currently working at GONSA's Customer Service Center, when being asked about mission of the Customer Service Center.
With the guideline in work is to support customers, partners, and pharmaceutical representatives with all their heart and soul, GONSA's customer service department has been maintaining an increasingly perfect performance with 39 employees at 6 branches nationwide to ensure the order-processing speed and problem settlement as fast as possible during service provision.

And through this "conversation", the members have had the opportunity to share more about life at the Center as well as at GONSA, how to connect teammates as well as support each other in working process and sincere messages to each other.
