With the vision of "To become an iconic provider in pharmaceutical services", GONSA has been and will constantly improve and enhance the effectiveness of the quality management system according to ISO 9001-2015 and GSP/GDP standards. The process system is fully built to ensure that the product always maintains the required quality right from the warehouse and controls all risks that may adversely affect the quality of the product before reaching the customers.

In order to detect, evaluate and prevent side effects or any other problems related to the products, GONSA distribution company has deployed the pharmacovigilance switchboard 18001248 (free) with the Pharmacist team who highly trained in the field of Clinical pharmacology, always ready to support all customers when having any problems related to drug use and drug side effects.


Periodic and irregular reports on safe drug use are always ensured. The safety of all drugs distributed by the company is always monitored throughout the distribution process and the customer's health care.

Warehouse and Distribution System
GSP & GDP distribution center warehouse

Located in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park - one of the Logistics centers of Ho Chi Minh City with advantages in connecting container port clusters and key economic regions in the South. Our DC is with the largest storage space in the system and includes warehouses:

  • Ambient warehouse: (25ºC - 30ºC) equipped with a clean temperature preservation system to store the products in their best conditions. 
  • Cold-chain warehouse: (2ºC - 8ºC).

Truck fleet and bikes
Owning a fleet of up to 40 trucks and vans and hundred motobikes with different payloads, installed with GPS navigation and fully equipped with necessary conditions to meet GDP standards. In addition, a motorbike delivery team was built to ensure the delivery of individual orders to remote areas.

    Is a software application designed to support and optimize warehouse functionality and distribution center management. These systems facilitate management in using simplified automatic technologies useful in daily activities like planning, organizing, staffing, directing, warehousekeeping and controlling the utilization of available resources, to move and store materials inside, around and outside of a warehouse, while supporting staff in the performance of material movement and storage in and around a warehouse, without causing any large scale disruption to business resources.

    Is specialized software to optimize the transportation operation in which there are two main vital functions integrated consist of:

    - Managing the entire delivery operations. Controlling strictly the status of delivery orders, cash collection and cash on delivery (COD) to help optimize management reports as well as reports to clients.
