On June 14th, 2023, the GONSA’s kick-off ceremony of the SAP S/4HANA Corporate Governance System and Akabot process automation project was held with the attendance of the project teams from GONSA, FPT IS, and SAP.

Realizing the role of technology in developing the Company's growth potential, GONSA determines that digital transformation is one of the Company's core goals in the year 2023 – 2024. The SAP S/4HANA Corporate Governance System and Akabot process automation project is one of four key software projects that are being performed by GONSA at present.

The SAP S/4HANA for GONSA is a new set of overall governance application software solutions that integrates specific business processes of the pharmaceutical industry in general and pharmaceutical services in particular. It allows data tracking and direct approval, which enables GONSA Management to obtain accurate real-time reports to make effective business decisions.

In addition to deploying the SAP S/4HANA, GONSA promotes the application of RPA-based (Robotic Process Automation) akaBot process automation. It adopts robotic technology to automate repetitive tasks, increase productivity, reduce errors, and optimize business processes for comprehensive digital transformation.
