On 03/02/2024, GONSA organized the summary ceremony of the Digital Transformation Project to take a look back at the digital transformation journey at GONSA in 2023, giving out the orientation and the next itinerary in 2024, and especially an occasion for GONSA to send their gratitude to the project members of GONSA and solution implementation partners.

After 168 days of preparation and nearly 200 days of project implementation, the software has been successfully integrated and passed 3 rounds of rigorous UAT to assess the interoperability between the software systems. This is a revolutionary and "ambitious" project of GONSA when implementing the parallel conversion of 5 operating software systems, an option that very few companies dare to try.
