In the context where the system of internal training programs in the enterprise remains a somewhat new concept, the implementation of training still faces many difficulties. Internal training is the process whereby GONSA employees acquire the necessary skills for their job through Training courses organized by GONSA Training Center and Internal Training members. With the participation of more than 1000 members, this event was a true foundation for the success of GONSA in general and GONSA Training Center and Internal Training members in particular.

Summary of the annual charity project – The Dandelion Bookcase

The Dandelion Bookcase is an annual community project at GONSA in the hope of spreading love and bringing students in remote areas books and stories to add color to the school memories of disadvantaged children. With the project being named after the dandelion flower, GONSA wishes the bookcase, like this flower, to always carry the "seeds" of knowledge to many distant places.
