Recently, GONSA together with FPT IS have just successfully organized the GONSA DX DAY - bringing comprehensive digital transformation solutions to enterprises in general and pharmaceutical companies in particular.

The event had the presence of Mr. Le Vi Hien (Chairman of the Board, General Director of GONSA), Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh (General Director of FPT IS), leaders and staff of both sides. GONSA DX Day has also attracted attention and participation from leaders of pharmaceutical companies and partners of GONSA in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the event, Mr. Le Vi Hien shared: “The market is constantly changing with technology, customer needs to use technology are also increasing, requiring enterprises to build appropriate digital transformation strategies, thereby improving their ability to meet customer needs. Therefore, GONSA DX Day is an important event for GONSA’s operations team to research new technology solutions that are ready to be applied to GONSA’s the second stage of digital transformation strategy, inherited from the previous success of the first stage of digital transformation”.

At the event, GONSA has shared experiences on the digital transformation journey with FPT IS and wishes to continue researching technology solutions to improve capacity and meet the increasing needs of customers. In addition, FPT IS has introduced solutions to the problems of: Customer experience - Employee experience - Operational excellence - Comprehensive connection technology.
