On January 1, 2024, We marked a significant milestone with the official Go-live of our Digital Transformation software systems, comprising five main projects:
SAP S/4HANA (ERP): An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software that provides a comprehensive view of the company's management system, enabling optimization of resources, supply chains, and inventory for enhanced business efficiency.
OCS: A software solution for Marketing, Customer Care, and Multi-channel Sales Management, aiming to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer service quality, delivering excellent experiences to our customers and partners.
TMS: A comprehensive solution for our transportation process, ensuring vehicle safety and driver health, automated and optimized route coordination, real-time information on the status of goods from order placement to delivery, KPI reports for measuring efficiency, and cost-effective control through solutions tailored to our system.
DWH: The Data Warehouse system and Middleware software assist us in achieving integrated, comprehensive data management and exploration from various sources, facilitating reconciliation, statistics, AI analysis, and retrieval of useful information for our units, departments, and leaders.
WMS: The world’s most modern warehouse management integration software and best suited to our needs, built on a best practices approach, which can be customized with great flexibility.

After 168 days of preparation and nearly 200 days of project execution, the software successfully integrated and surpassed three challenging User Acceptance Testing (UAT) rounds to assess responsiveness among the software systems. This revolutionary project reflects our ambition to simultaneously transition five operational software systems, which is an option that very few companies choose to undertake.

Since 2024, we have officially adopted the new system with closed and rigorous business management processes, aiming to provide the most accurate financial reports. we believe that further improvement in operational processes and company management will optimize and enhance the quality of services provided to our valued customers and partners.
