On July 7th, 2023, the GONSA’s kick-off ceremony of the Multi-Channel Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care Management System project was held with the attendance of the project teams from GONSA and CLOUDGO.

Realizing the role of technology in developing the Company's growth potential, GONSA determines that digital transformation is one of the Company's core goals in the year 2023 – 2024. The Multi-Channel Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care Management System project is one of the four key software projects that are being performed at GONSA in 2023.

The Multi-Channel Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care Management System is implemented by CLOUDGO Technology Company Limited, previously known as OnlineCRM, with over 13 years of experience in providing multi-channel Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care solutions in Vietnam.

This system will provide a comprehensive solution throughout the entire pre-sales, sales, and post-sales process:

- It facilitates market trend analysis and buyer behavior assessment to enhance customer reach and sales capabilities.

- It offers a centralized multi-channel sales management solution.

- It provides centralized multi-channel customer care.

With the slogan "Specializing in Pharmaceutical services", GONSA has established its development strategy to concentrate on providing specialized pharmaceutical distribution services. Hence, the implementation of the Multi-Channel Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care Management System is imperative to ensure the utmost effectiveness in approaching customers, providing care, conducting sales, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire pre-sales, sales, and post-sales process. This initiative aims to elevate the quality of support services extended to GONSA's distribution partners while optimizing operational efficiency.
