With the vision to become a symbol of quality in the Specilized Pharmaceutical Service model, recently, GONSA has held the "Excellent service of delivery staff" training session at Hiep Phuoc office.

With the aim of consolidating knowledge and skills as well as orientation to the development of an increasingly professional delivery team, GONSA employees were encouraged to raise questions and problems as well as discuss to lead to better results.

In addition to well-organized working methods and tips for handling unexpected situations, the training was also about acting according to the 5 criteria of GONSA people: Integrity - Responsibility - Modesty - Proactivity - Cooperation.
